About me
Growing up in Lima, Peru, I was always fascinated by creativity and its close relationship with Peruvian culture, which I saw as a driving force behind progress. This interest led me to study graphic design and later evolve into UX and service design, where I discovered the power of creating solutions that improve people’s lives.
My early work experiences in both startups and large corporations gave me a deep appreciation for cross-functional collaboration and user-centered decision-making. A turning point in my career came when I joined an innovation lab, where I worked on projects that addressed complex service challenges. There, I was trained in design thinking, agile methodologies, and systems thinking, skills that continue to shape my approach today.
I’m passionate about leading projects from discovery to delivery, aligning user needs with strategic goals, and collaborating with diverse teams to bring ideas to life. My goal is to contribute to innovation that drives positive change, work that is well-designed and also meaningful, inclusive, and scalable.
